Mr. Bradley Laye
Ex President, Jewish Federation, Greater Dallas
Bradley Laye is a notable non-profit professional executive having raised or led teams that have raised hundreds of millions of dollars in annual campaigns, capital campaigns and planned giving/endowments. He retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas in July 2019 having taken over in 2013 as one of the youngest CEO’s of a larger Federated city. Prior to assuming that position in 2013, Bradley was the Chief Operating Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.
Bradley served as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island where he was responsible for all financial resource development including endowment and planned giving, the annual campaign, capital and supplemental gifts. He also worked at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta as the Legacy Officer stewarding “mega gifts” in the Atlanta Jewish Community. He began his career as a Jewish professional as the CEO of Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach, one of the youngest to ever serve as a Hillel CEO.
He is an honors graduate from Tulane University. After college, he spent one year learning at the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem.
