Mr. Matthew Kibble

Mr. Kibble is an experienced financial services executive across asset management and investment banking (M & A, capital markets), emerging market equities and derivatives. Matthew began his career as an accountant at Ernst and Young and spent 5 years with JPMorgan Chase in the Consumer, Healthcare and Retail Investment Banking and Institutional Asian Equities and Derivatives before launching the Latin American investment vehicle Everlight Capital. He later joined the family office private investment vehicle Cap-Meridian Ventures as a partner with a broad mandate to invest in numerous asset classes globally, mainly disruptive technologies with superior operations teams. Early stage portfolio companies included: Casper, Compass, Credible, Modern Meadow, Palantir and Peloton.

With a similar thesis but now more opportunistic (including more consumer companies) Matthew originates, structures and invests through Australy International and Kibble Holdings. The portfolio includes  Andina Acquisition Corporation II and III (SPACs), Dogiz, Dr Sniff, Kibble Pet, Kibble Pet Groom (Pet vertical), Eaton Hemp, Ilegal Mezcal, Out East Rosé (Consumer focus), Amigo Technologies, Conexus AI, Kaptyn Transportation, Mode Maison, Nantero, Sargon Capital, Triax Technologies, YouPlus and Zefun (Tech focus).

Matthew is a director of Andina Acquisition Corporation III, Eaton Hemp, Kaptyn, Kibble Pet and Sargon Capital.  He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, majoring in Finance and Accounting, and a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Biomedical Sciences, both from the University of Queensland, Australia

Mr. Bryan Chambers

Bryan Chambers serves as the Vice President of Accelerator and Investment Fund at Capital Factory where he manages the firms venture team across the state of Texas that sources and evaluates technology startups for Capital Factory’s programs and investment. Prior to joining Capital Factory Bryan was a founding team member of Fixd Repair, a Home Warranty Insurance and Home Services company that successfully exited to ANGI Home Services in January of 2019. Bryan was also the founding director of the Blackstone LaunchPad in partnership with the University of Texas and the Blackstone Charitable Foundation. In addition to his work as an entrepreneur and venture investor, Bryan is a member of the faculty at UT Dallas where he leads experiential learning for the Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

Mr. Richard Delgado

Mr. Bradley Laye

Bradley Laye is a notable non-profit professional executive having raised or led teams that have raised hundreds of millions of dollars in annual campaigns, capital campaigns and planned giving/endowments.  He retired as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas in July 2019 having taken over in 2013 as one of the youngest CEO’s of a larger Federated city.  Prior to assuming that position in 2013, Bradley was the Chief Operating Officer at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas.

Bradley served as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at the Jewish Federation of Rhode Island where he was responsible for all financial resource development including endowment and planned giving, the annual campaign, capital and supplemental gifts.  He also worked at the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta as the Legacy Officer stewarding “mega gifts” in the Atlanta Jewish Community.  He began his career as a Jewish professional as the CEO of Hillel of Broward and Palm Beach, one of the youngest to ever serve as a Hillel CEO.

He is an honors graduate from Tulane University.  After college, he spent one year learning at the Conservative Yeshiva in Jerusalem.

Mr. Alan Davis

Alan is Board Certified in Estate Planning and Probate Law and is an American College of Trust and Estates Counsel Fellow. He maintains his CPA License. He represents clients in all phases of business planning, estate planning, and probate. Alan’s expertise is focused on designing and implementing plans to accomplish his clients’ objectives regarding the disposition of their estate, as well as taking maximum advantage of the credits and exemptions provided under the Internal Revenue Code for federal estate and gift taxes. Mr. Tom Fishman

Tom Fishman serves as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Dispositions for Hillwood Investment Properties. In this role, Tom leads the team charged with the acquisitions and dispositions of industrial properties in target markets across the United States.

Since joining the firm in 2012, Tom has led the team in transactions totaling $6.9 billion of quality warehouse product throughout the United States and Canada. In addition, Tom plays a key role at Hillwood by working closely with Hillwood’s CEO and President to make strategic financing decisions.

Prior to joining Hillwood, Tom was a Partner at Cobalt Capital Partners, which was acquired by Colony Capital in 2013. At Cobalt, he oversaw acquisitions, dispositions and financing for the private equity firm specializing in industrial real estate.  Tom started his real estate career at Trammell Crow Company.

Over the past 18 years, he has acquired 53 million square feet with over 118 separate transactions involving major institutions and private investors, the value of which exceeds $2.3 billion. His disposition experience includes the leadership of $4.3 billion in sales encompassing 55.8 million square feet. Additionally, Tom has led the financing efforts of $2.6 billion, involving major life insurance companies and banks. Seasoned in the industry, his real estate expertise also includes asset management and accounting.

Tom has a Bachelor of Accountancy from Ole Miss and he is an active Texas real estate broker. Tom served in the U.S. Army National Guard for six years.

Mr. Dov Moran

Dov is serving Grove ventures as its managing partner and is involved heavily in most of the companies in the portfolio. Dov is an Israeli entrepreneur, inventor and investor, best-known as the inventor of the USB Flash Drive (DiskOnKey). He served in the Israeli Navy for eight and half years and was commander of its microprocessor department.

Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, Moran was an independent consultant in the computer industry. In 1989 he formed M-Systems (NSDQ: FLSH), a pioneer in the flash data storage market. The company invented the USB Flash Drive, the FlashDisk as well as other innovative flash data storage devices. Under Moran’s leadership, M-Systems grew to $1B revenue within 18 years, and at the end of 2006, it was acquired by SanDisk Corp (NSDQ: SNDK) for $1.6B. This still ranks as one of the single biggest acquisitions in Israel.

After the sale of M-Systems, Moran founded modu, an innovative company with a revolutionary modular phone concept, whose patents and technology were eventually acquired by Google in 2011. These patents are the basis for Google’s modular phone Project Ara.

During his time at modu, Dov was also the chairman of Tower Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TSEM), a developer and manufacturer of semiconductors and integrated circuits for the electronics industry. During his tenure, Tower went from almost reaching bankruptcy to a successful company while redefining its strategy, doubling its revenues from $250M to $500M, restructuring the company’s $400M debt and performing the successful acquisition of US-based Jazz semiconductor. Moran was also chairman of Biomas, a developer of innovative pharmaceuticals and the chairman of Comigo, which offers a unique multi-screen platform for Pay TV operators. He established a few more companies and was the seed investor of few others, until he established Grove Ventures with Lotan and Sigalit.

In the course of his entrepreneurial work, Moran holds over 40 technology related patents and has received multiple industry awards: Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, and “CEO of the Year” by the IMC. (2003), Entrepreneur of the Year by the IVA (Israel Venture Association) (2007), first Korean “Grammy Award” Winner in Best Engineering Category by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy and the Korea Institute for Advancement of Technology (KIAT) (2012),  the prestigious Edward Rheine Award for inventing the USB Flash Drive (2012), “Doctor Honoris Causa” at Moscow State Technical University of Radio Engineering, Electronics and Automation (2013),  the IEEE Reynold B. Johnson Information Storage Systems Award for pioneering contributions to storage systems based on Flash memory (2015).  “Doctor Honoris Causa” from the Technion (2016), Life time award from the Flash Memory Summit (2018) and few more.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering (with honors) at the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, in Haifa.
